At GDC 2026, a noticeable evolution in the gaming landscape took center stage. Rather than focusing solely on major studios and large-scale publishers, attention shifted toward the rise of casual competitive mobile games and the companies driving this transformation.
Among those leading the conversation was AviaGames, a Silicon Valley-based mobile gaming company known for blending easy-to-learn gameplay with skill-based formats. Its portfolio, which includes Solitaire Clash, 8 Ball Strike, and Bingo Tour, has reached more than 60 million downloads across key markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Canada.
During the conference, AviaGames collaborated with Pay_Pal and Meta to explore how mobile gaming continues to evolve. The discussions emphasized the growing importance of both gameplay design and supporting technologies in shaping long-term growth.
In its session with Pay_Pal titled “From Win to Wallet,” the company focused on improving the payment experience as a foundation for player confidence. These updates led to measurable improvements, including an 80 percent reduction in payment-related support requests, a 53 percent increase in same-day return rates, a 39 percent rise in 30-day retention, and a 28 percent boost in player lifetime value.
Visitors at Booth 656 had the opportunity to experience titles such as Solitaire Clash, Bingo Tour, and 8 Ball Strike firsthand, while also engaging with the development team and industry partners.
The event also coincided with AviaGames’ 10th anniversary. Led by CEO Vickie Chen, the company now offers a catalog of more than 15 games, all connected through the Pocket7Games platform.
In partnership with Meta, AviaGames also shared insights into combining brand strategy with performance marketing. This approach resulted in a 17 percent increase in ad ranking and a 9 percent decrease in cost per conversion, highlighting how marketing efficiency can support continued growth in the mobile gaming space.
